Breakfast sausages with omelette

 

Ingredients: Breakfast sausages (6 pieces), 2 farm eggs, duck fat of 1 soup spoon, salt, black pepper (upon preference).

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Cooking method:

Heat the pan up and roast 6 pieces of sausages from all sides (8 minutes): Place sausages in the plate. Then put the eggs into the same pan, add salt and pepper without mixing the eggs, cook for 2 minutes. Place in the same plate and taste together.

Jambon (pork ham) with omelette for breakfast

Ingredients: jambon-pork ham (50 g.), 2 farm eggs, duck fat of 0.5 soup spoon, salt, black pepper (upon preference).

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Cooking method:

Heat the pan up and slightly roast 5-6 slices of jambon from both sides (30 seconds on each side): Place jambon in the plate. Then put the eggs into the same pan, add salt and pepper without mixing the eggs, cook for 2-3 minutes. Place in the same plate and taste together.

Potato salad with braisé (pulled beef)

Ingredients: 4 potatoes (400 gram), pulled beef 100g.(with chili or olive), duck fat of 1 soup spoon, dill (3 branches), salt, black and red pepper (upon preference).

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Cooking method:

To wash the potatoes and scald without peeling them (15-20 minutes), to peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. To heat up the pan, then to add 1 s.s. of duck fat, potato cubes, pulled beef, chopped dill, salt, black and red pepper into the hot pan and mix them for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Rice with veggie salad

Ingredients: rice - 100 gram, veggie salad 125g. (original and spicy), duck fat - 1 soup spoon, dill - 3 branches, salt, black and red pepper (upon preference).

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Cooking method:

Wash the rice and boil it for 15-20 minutes, in the end add the duck fat. After boiling, put in the plate and mix with veggie salad and add the chopped branches of the dill. Serve hot.

Potato puree with veggie salad

Ingredients: potato - 400 gram, veggie salad 125g. (original and spicy), duck fat - 1 soup spoon, salt, black and red pepper (upon preference).

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Cooking method:

Wash and peel the potatoes and boil it for 15-20 minutes. Mash the potatoes with duck fat. Put in the plate and mix with veggie salad. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Rice with braise

Ingredients: Rice 100g, braise 100g, duck fat of 1 soup spoon, dill, salt, black pepper (upon preference).
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Wash the rice and boil it for 15-20 minutes, mix the rice with braise pre-heated in the duck fat. Then add the chopped branches of the drill. Serve hot.

Fried potatoes with confit

Ingredients: potatoes 300g, 1 duck confit, duck fat of 1 soup spoon, garlic 10g, parsley 50g, 1 lemon.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Wash the potatoes and chop them. To prepare the sauce, peel off the lemon, chop the peeled lemon and garlic into small pieces and add 1 tablespoon of melted duck oil. Fry the potatoes and heat the confit in duck fat. Place in the plate and add the sauce. Serve hot.
